Questions
What brokers ask.
Will the insurer accept the report?
The report is written and signed by a licensed journeyman electrician on company letterhead, and it answers the questions insurers ask about wiring type, panel and condition. If the insurer has its own form, send it with the booking and we'll fill it in.
What if the inspection finds problems?
The report says so plainly, and the homeowner gets a written price for each repair. If they hire us for the work, the $99 comes off the job, and we send an updated letter once it's done.
Does the homeowner need to be home?
Someone needs to let us in. That can be the homeowner, a tenant, or a lockbox code.
What about outside Winnipeg?
Ask and we'll give you a price for the travel. The inspection itself is the same.
